Weavers Cottage, Hartsop-stunning location

Weavers Cottage is a detached 17th century stone built barn at the head of the Ullswater valley in the central Lakes. The views are stunning with panoramic views of lakeland fells and over Brotherswater. The place is pet friendly and perfect for guests who love the outdoors. Classic walks straight from the door and secure storage available for mountain bikes and canoes. After a day in the fells, toast your toes by the wood burning stove or enjoy the sunshine in the private south facing garden.

Set over three floors, surrounded by beautiful gardens, it has been renovated with great care, to the highest standard of design, using quality materials and finishes. The living area is open plan with T.V. & Wi-Fi throughout. There is a twin bedroom downstairs. Upstairs there is the Master bedroom and Bathroom with a shower and separate bath. The barn has private off-road parking for two vehicles and a Patio for you to enjoy the stunning views.

We offer attractive self catering accommodation in a quiet picturesque rural Cumbrian village in the Lyvennet Valley at the northern edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. You will enjoy exclusive use of this well equipped house for 5 guests (with additional mezzanine double sofa bed if required). Set in it's own beautiful garden with an open aspect over fields, this area is wonderful for walking and cycling and with easy access to the Lakes District. Dark skies are a notable feature.

Foxup House Barn

Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.

Hilltop Lodge (wildlife abundant), Colby, Appleby.

Hilltop Lodge is a beautiful detached timber building set in enclosed garden (perfect for dogs). It's open plan, with a wood-burning stove to keep you warm on an evening, with well-equipped kitchen and dining area. It has large windows with lots of natural light. The garden is abundant in wildlife throughout the year, and has a lovely terrace to sit out on with comfortable outdoor seating. It’s a great base for relaxing, enjoying wildlife, adventuring, or being creative. 11am checkout.

The Barn - a cottage in our barn near Ullswater

A bright, airy cottage in a converted barn on our small farm near Ullswater. There's plenty of space to spread out and relax with views to the front and rear straight onto the fells capturing sunrises and sunsets alike. Two bedrooms comfortably sleep up to 5 with the large double height kitchen/dining room a perfect space for a larger get-together. The downstairs includes the kitchen, sitting room, a bedroom and the bathroom and has been specifically designed to be wheelchair friendly.

No.26 is a traditional cottage situated on Greenside, which is a beautiful picturesque area of Kendal. The cottage overlooks the village green and consists of a cosy sitting room with log burner, kitchen/dining room, and WC on ground floor.
