Welcome to our home on the Truckee River. The downstairs has an open floor plan with the living area, kitchen/dining & the den all connected with beautiful reclaimed oak hardwood flooring. Granite counters, hickory cabinets, hot tub. The hot tub over looks the Truckee river and all it's beauty. We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Ski Resort Village. Most have told us it's a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax. Lots of natural light floods the space equipped with full kitchen and a separate bedroom with queen bed. There is a full bath and 2 twin day beds that serve during the day as the sofas. Paddle board or kayak right from the deck. The views and ease of enjoyment are endless.

Across the street from a dog-friendly beach, famous Garwoods restaurant and pier, centrally located to all major north shore ski resorts (Northstar, Diamond Peak, Palisades/Squaw, Alpine, etc) and walking distance to kayak rental and Tahoe National Forest w/incredible hiking, biking, snowmobiling and snowshoeing trails, this home’s location couldn’t be better. We recently updated this home in the last few years & constructed a new loft & bathrooms—we love sharing it with guests!

Truckee River Bike House

ON THE TRUCKEE RIVER right in the historic downtown area, our little place is a 2 block walk to restaurants and shopping. You’ll love our place because you can sit inside or in bed and watch the river flow by. It's a peaceful place, new and modern, private and the middle of it all. It's not just a place to stay, it's a destination. QUIET people only please. We have a firm sofa sleeper. we have a couple of other mattresses we can bring in if you prefer a softer bed.

Donner Lake Getaway

This newly remodeled lovely condo is right on Donner Lake, 4 miles from SugarBowl and right off exit 180 on interstate 80. In the winter this is great access to town, all ski areas, and Donner Memorial State Park. In summer, you are on the lake, across the street to the boat ramp, and have access to a private beach that is a 5-10 minute walk. Perfect for families this condo can sleep up to 6 people. The condo was just renovated in December 2023.

The Truckee River Cottage: 5 min to Palisades

Charming riverfront cottage that offers adventures for all seasons, whether it's hitting the slopes of Palisades Tahoe or heading to the crystal blue waters of Lake Tahoe -- both are only 5 to 10 minutes away!
