The villa also has a new queen-size sleeper sofa, hardwood floors throughout, a washer/dryer, and a dedicated parking space immediately in front of the building.

Our place is close to the Turtle Point clubhouse, the Sanctuary, and East Beach. We are about a 10 minute walk to the beach (or 3 minutes by bike). Our 2 bedroom villa is spacious, and is rated top-tier by the Kiawah Island Resort. Our patio is finished and is now part of the interior, offering a separate seating area, a game/work table and an office area. Because we are managed by the Kiawah Island Resort, our guests enjoy full resort amenities, including use of the 2 resort pool areas.
