It the only privately owned former factory development left in the area, making it truly unique. Flat includes a King bed, swivel TV, surround sound audio, air con, kitchenette with halogen eco stove and fridge/freezer. The bathroom is kitted with a walk-in shower and double deep bathtub. There is Free WIFI and a communal laundry room .

Located on the whole top floor of an house that was separated in flats, you will have the whole place to yourself with a bathroom, kitchen and smart TV. very peaceful and quiet neighbours so will need a quiet person (or couple) too. no kids/no pets I live in the studio when not rented so it isn't a business Airbnb, it has personal items.
