You will step into a heart of Istria for a moment. The accommodation consists of two smaller houses, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a pool house with an additional sleeping gallery for two and one more bathroom. Accommodation capacity is up to 6 people and ideal for 4 people, for a family, two couples or friends. Heated pool. One house has two bedrooms with a capacity for two people each, bathroom, living room and kitchen. The second house has one more kitchen, a bathroom and a sleeping gallery.

Villa Umea is a newly build villa (2021), modern with a traditional twist. Its an ideal villa for one or two families wishing a relaxed vacation. Familly house with privacy, not appropriate for youth groups and parties. Heated pool, parking inside the property for 3 cars and only 400m from the sea. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accomodate up to 7-8 people also children included, very comfortable is for 6. There is also an outdoor grill place with an outdoor dinning table.

You can bring your own towels and bed linens, or you can rent them from us: 8 euros per person per stay for towels and 8 euros per person for bed linens per stay. If you want a change of towels or bed linens, you can let us know and we will do it again for 8 euros. There is a tourist tax to pay on arrival: €1.6 per guest per night. Children 12-17 years old pay 50%. Children 0-11 years old do not have to pay. Please note that check in is 16-20h (we cannot guarantee check in after 20h).
