Our family is excited to offer this three bedroom, three bath residence located at Windward Point in Sea Palms, to you and your family. The welcoming foyer opens to spacious kitchen, dining and living area leading to a covered balcony with views of the marsh and gated pool area. A split bedroom plan allows for privacy and master bedroom offers great marsh views. There are nine foot ceilings as well as wood and tile floors throughout. Windward Point places you just steps away from the Sea Palms Restaurant and a beautiful 18 hole marsh view golf course. You'll enjoy gorgeous sunrises and marvelous eastern marsh views looking toward Sea Island. This location is very private and quiet.
