Our place is conveniently located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail (1/2 mile) for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with a farmhouse theme with our decor. We live next door and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

The Old Orchard Cottage

Tom and Lisa welcome you to “The Old Orchard Cottage”. The Cottage was built in the summer of 2025 and we are excited to make this awesome property available to guests. Take in the spectacular views and amazing sunrises from either our huge front porch or lodge-like deck/pavilion out back!The Cottage offers the perfect place to kick back and relax anytime of the year. The area offers many activities for all 4 seasons and The Cottage is the perfect home base to explore Central NY.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this spacious, centrally located home. Close to SU, LeMoyne, ESF, St Joseph’s hospital, Crouse & Upstate. Enjoy the large kitchen and separate dining room, and relax in the living room. You can look forward to a great nights sleep in our 2- king beds in our master suites, or a full in the guest room. If you don’t require full use of the house, please let us know and we can adjust the cleaning fee prior to your booking.

Reservoir Retreat w/Dock + Fire pit near Syracuse

Unwind lakeside with a private dock, fire pit, and panoramic views—just 15 min from Syracuse. There are 3 bedrooms (two upstairs and one in the basement) along with a futon and leather sofa-bed on the main floor. There are two full bathrooms. Additionally, there is a sauna for optimal relaxation! We have 2 paddle boards that may be used with a signed waiver. ***Note: There is a doorbell camera monitoring my front door for safety of our home.
