Broughton - with fully stocked kitchen, living room/ dining room, laundry room, full bathroom, back yard (lawn mowed Tuesdays, watering/ gardening is done generally in the mornings, cable TV, internet, set in spacious, beautifully manicured Victorian Gardens. Reservation includes two bedrooms with queen beds. Note: Entrance stairs may be difficult for those with limitations. No pets. Two triplexes with six renters are also on property.

Eagle Creek Ranch is my special place. I fell in love with it and I knew it was for me. I continue to pour my heart into the property and I love to share with others. The wifi is good. Several times a year it might be out for a few hours or so . There is ample parking. You might see the resident bobcat and fox through every day. You’re a 10 second walk from downtown Bell Street. Freeway, east of property, can be heard on north side of house only. Small gatherings allowed (w/ permission).

Perched on 23 acres amidst rolling hills and breathtaking views, this rustic retreat comes lined with grape vines and a private pond. Sid by the pond and relax and sip local wines on the pier admiring the view. At the end of the day cook up delicious meals while taking in the gorgeous sunsets from the wrap-around deck. PLEASE NOTE: There is a quiet, long-term tenant/caretaker on site.

Romantic stone cottage set on 20 acres with a vineyard, just 10 minutes from Solvang. Beautifully appointed with a king-sized bed, plus a couch that pulls out to a full-size.
