Both bedrooms have a queen and a twin bed. Please note this unit is on the 2nd floor. Not far from UGA and downtown Athens. Within 10 minutes of several hospitals. Publix and Target less than 10 minutes away. Classic Center is only 6 miles away. No smoking in the unit or parties. Violation will result in a $500 fee.
