The Speculator Guest House is fully renovated to offer an elevated and thoughtful stay. Guests love the outdoor sauna, Sunday to Wednesday private chef brunch or dinner, espresso maker, fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need for a campfire under the string lights. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, or the sandy beach on Lake Pleasant (.6 miles). Each guest receives individualized local recommendations. Adirondack mountain retreat sits on lake Winslow Homer. A small private body of water. Kayaks,cornhole boards included. Near by revolution rail, white water rafting, tubing, stone bridge & caves, hiking trails, gore mountain. Local public beach is a 7 min drive. Outdoor Fire pit, wood sold on site. Charcoal grill (Charcoal not provided). NO PETS. NO Air-conditioning. There will be a $50 fee for any guest that shows up early or checks out late.
