Our home-away-from-home accommodations include this charming studio with lawn space, a private deck with outdoor furniture and a gas grill. The cottage is comfortably furnished and features a small kitchen. This cottage has a queen bed and a table with sitting area. The kitchen is nicely updated with updated with beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including an stove/oven, microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, coffee maker. With a brand new Weber grill, picnic table, and fire pit, there is plenty of outside living. Trotting Park, South Village, and West Dennis Beaches are all walkable. Enjoy food from Sandbar, Swan River Seafood, Chapin's, Cleat & Anchor, & Bandera's Market in the summer. Call off season.

Studio apartment that is well suited for a couple and young family. Children under twelve years of age will not be charged the extra fee. There is an added fee for extra adults over 2. This is a small space for 3 adults. This is our own home in which the studio apartment is above the garage. This was added for our daughter who attended a local college. She live there for 5 years while attending college.
