Farm Stay at Panther Branch with Sauna

Take it easy at our beautiful cabin in Hot Springs, NC surrounded by nature and farm animals. Panther Branch Farm spans 30 acres of mountains, streams, waterfalls, and hiking trails. On our small farm we have chickens, bees, goats, and alpacas that love to be hand-fed. Originally a pole barn workshop, the cabin has been expanded into a peaceful retreat built with local lumber. Unwind in our outdoor spa with sauna and a spring bath or simply relax and take in the serenity of the National Forest.

Our mountain sanctuary

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

The Rosemary Cabin at Bluff Mountain Nursery. Nestled at the top of the hill in the heart of our plant nursery, you’ll be sure to be surrounded by beauty and nature a like. Custom built with plant and farm lovers in mind, with greenhouses full of amazing plants to explore. You can visit our farm during your stay to meet our livestock too. Located on 60 acres of wooded land only minutes from the Appalachian Trail. It’s in a spectacular and unique location with easy road access and Hot Tub too.

Welcome to Frog Holler Cottage, located right on the AT in Hot Springs, NC. This couples paradise is a great place for anyone looking to unwind & enjoy a quirky but quiet Appalachian hiking town. Only a block from downtown makes it easy to enjoy everything Hot Springs has to offer. Here you can: Raft the French Broad, hike the AT, ride horseback through the mountains. End your day with a soak at the spa and a delicious meal at one of the many great restaurants in town. Hot Springs has it all!

Charming creekside loft cottage. Perfect retreat for a romantic getaway or an adventure motorcycle ride in the beautiful scenery of pisgah national forest. Minutes away from max patch on the Appalachian trail and 30 mins from downtown Hotsprings. Relax listening to the beautiful sound of Meadowfork creek. Nestled feet away from the creek on what once was an 18 acre tobacco farm. Private bathhouse with shower/bathtub and toilet. Private fire pit, charcoal barbecue grill, picnic table, porch.

Wilderness Tiny Cabin

Overnight guests at the WILDERNESS Tiny Cabin are very special people. The only way to reach the secluded cabin is by taking the mountain hiking trail and back or request to be driven to the cabin via 4-wheeler($10 additional cost for drive in and drive out) . The trail is 800ft consistent of the opulent and incredibly diverse flora and fauna,providing a rewarding adventure. The WILDERNESS cabin is setting in the forest among the trees overlooking the Smoky Mountain range in high altitude.

Creekside suite - This central location is in the heart of town and great for couples, small families, friends, and solo travelers who are looking for affordable, convenient lodging while adventuring in the Hot Springs, NC area. This is one of 3 identical apartments that are perched above the main street above a provisions shop/cafe and outfitters store. Walk to restaurants, brewery, natural hot springs spa, shops, river, and trails. Clean and comfortable and on the Appalachian Trail.

A three bedroom cabin great for a couple or family. The Appalachian Trail and National Forest can be accessed just 100 feet from the front door! The well-stocked kitchenette provides for all basic food preparation needs, and the town of Hot Springs is only a two minute drive away. Hurricane Helene update: We are fortunate that our property is higher up and did not flood. Thanks to the hard work of many people, all utilities have been restored at the cabin. Our town is in recovery.

Cabin Kisa

This cabin was constructed by hand in 2019 and is designed with both style and calm in mind. It is a perfect place for artists and writers to find inspiration or for guests who want to connect to nature by simply waking up with the trees. The cabin is a BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ safe space, partly functions as an informal artist residency space for our friends and comrades and guest who stay will find it more as a home environment instead of a hotel.
