Miles of hiking, snowshoe and cross-country ski trails are literally just outside the door, with Sugar Pine Point State Park at the end of the street. Location, location, location!

Ski @ Homewood, Squaw or Alpine—the shuttles are nearby. A beach is at the bottom of the hill, & many popular restaurants & bars are nearby. We have hi speed wifi & a TV downstairs.
