The houseboat is a unique place to stay in London, within easy reach of all of London’s landmarks, including Tower Bridge and Tower of London (5 mins by train). The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. The houseboat is custom-designed with every possible comfort, including super fast Wifi, smart TV with content streaming services, and supremely comfortable beds. Radiators throughout the boat make this a comfortable year round option.

Nestled between Highbury Fields and Clissold Park, our newly decorated studio flat is the perfect place to kick back and relax in a calm, stylish space. The flat is located on the second / top floor of a period terraced house, on a lovely, quiet road. Large windows allow plenty of natural light in, and offer great views out over the surrounding treetops. It’s a 10 min walk to Canonbury Station, or 15 to Arsenal Station. Buses from each end of the road go to Highbury & Islington Station.
