The king master suite has an en suite bathroom along with a queen fold out couch. The kids room has two twin beds. The living room has a full sleeper sofa. Every room features a TV. Will accept parties (max of 45 people), this property has plenty of room for gatherings. The back porch area features tons of seating and tables.

The neighborhood is not built out in this area. You will have to drive to any activity or to get supplies. The street in front of the house is a little rough but not bad

There are no paved roads yet. Easy access to Withlacoochee State Bike Trail.

This house is located off the beaten path on a small waterfront lot surrounded by wooded areas giving it a secluded feeling. It is a 10-minute drive to restaurants and shopping. Two kayaks and a canoe are available for guests to explore the Hernando Lake chain right from the backyard. Turner Camp Boat Ramp is also close by providing access to the Withlacoochee River. This is a great place to relax and enjoy nature or be active exploring the areas attractions.

Sunrise Retreat

The Sunrise Retreat offers a peaceful space to enjoy nature and outdoor activities. You'll have access to the boat dock where you can launch kayaks and canoes. Boats and other water craft can be launched from the public boat ramp close by and anchored at the house dock for the length of your stay. And indoor games as well! The local watering hole is called T Backs T Back is a turtle! They have a full liquor Bar, Pool Tables , Karaoke. Local Dollar General 1 mile away. Angelottis Pizza and Italian Cuisine delivers. We are Pet Friendly.
