The views are stunning with panoramic views of lakeland fells and over Brotherswater. The place is pet friendly and perfect for guests who love the outdoors. Near the end of the road close to the south east side of Ullswater, escape from it all in this 17th Century cottage with river frontage. With 25 years of wonderful holidays there we hope we’ve thought of everything should the Cumbrian weather keep you indoors. There’s ping pong, a full-sized snooker table, darts, table football, countless games and the famous (at least in our household) Bridge End Beech Curling in the barn. In 2.5 acres of its own land, sometimes shared with sheep and red deer.

Mill Moss Barn is a cosy country retreat located in the stunning Ullswater valley. With a traditional facade featuring local slate walls and roofing the barn dates back to 1860. Originally used to house dray horses, this fabulous barn has been tastefully converted to incorporate the traditional style of the building whilst providing a contemporary holiday home, a highlight being the large open plan space with striking glass balcony overlooking the unspoilt countryside and fells.

Situated on the edge of Glenridding at the foot of Helvellyn and Kirkstone Pass, Crag Close offers easy access to the Lakeland fells. Crag Close offers warm, comfortable self-catering accommodation - sleeps 8 in 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms, 2 sitting rooms and a spacious kitchen/diner.

Situated on the edge of Hartsop, a tiny and tranquil hamlet at the foot of Kirkstone Pass, Green Bank is a simple rural getaway most suited to those who want to be out in the fells all day. There are many stunning walks - low and high level - from the garden gate, and books and maps are provided to help you plan your days.

The Dairy - Patterdale Hall

Set back from the main hall and nestling in its own private woodland garden is the former Dairy. The Dairy offers accommodation for up to 2 (a couple). The layout is fairly unique with mezzanine type sleeping accommodation via a steep wooden ladder. There is a log burning stove in the living room. The Dairy has a fully equipped compact kitchen and a shower room on the ground floor.
