As you meander down the driveway to the cottage you are met with the sounds of the rapids of town creek that are quite literally your back yard. Sit on a rocking chair overlooking the creek with a glass of wine and let your worries drift away. Property sits on 4 lush acres and features over 300 ft of creek frontage. PARADISE!!!

The Toccoa Overlook

Beginning with exquisite long-range views of the Cohutta Mountains and the Toccoa River, combined with tasteful modern rustic design, the Toccoa Overlook is a perfect couple's retreat, or a gathering of up to eight guests, when the optional guest house is included.
