4-bedroom 2 stories house is located in a gated community close to Lake Tahoe. 10-20 mins walk (5 min drive) to Stateline casinos, Lakeside Beach, Heavenly Ski Resort, shops & restaurants at Heavenly Village, and the gondola up to Heavenly for skiing/snowboarding. Lakeside Beach charge $25 per adult which is 10 minutes away by walk; free beach is El Dorado Beach which takes 5 minutes by drive. Tahoe has prohibited open-flame BBQs. The BBQ area in community is not allowed to be used.

The Tahoe House is a 1400+ sq. ft. 3 bedroom 2 bathroom mountain home with a 1-car garage and private hot tub conveniently located in close proximity to everything Lake Tahoe has to offer!
