The living room offers a smart tv with all of the streaming services and free wifi. Located right down the street from Hesston College and Schowalter Villa.

A cozy two bedroom home located in the heart of North Newton. It's a perfect place to sleep while visiting friends and family in the area, and it's in walking distance of Bethel College, Kauffman Museum, and Kidron Bethel Village. Easily sleeps four with a queen size and a full size bed. Includes a full kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer, and a comfortable living room. (We're still putting the finishing touches on a few aspects of the house, but it's ready if you are!)

Grace Hill Grain Bin-A Unique Cabin by the Pond

We are looking forward to your visit at the Grace Hill Grain Bin. This distinctive spot is perfect for a weekend getaway or for an entire week stay. The unique, custom-built house was constructed in 1988 from a 45' grain bin by my father. The house has a large pond, perfect for sunset views. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Enjoy smores at the fire pit, and watching the sunset from the porch swing.

Houses 1-2 guests comfortably, up to 4 intimately. This home is over 100 years old, loves having people in it, and comes with some quirks like good hygge, narrow doors, some cracks, and uneven floors. The whole house is decorated with 25 years of art collecting and making, various rocks, books, and found objects. The overall feel is cozy and welcoming and there is always something available to read or look at.

The Creekside Craftsman is located on a quiet street along Newton's Sand Creek Walking Trail. The quaint Veazey Park is just outside the back door. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Additionally, Bethel College is just a three minute drive, making the house perfect for visiting family members.
