We are PARADISE COTTAGE, and the standards of super host are status quo! We're ready for you! Although only 2 miles from the Gulf, we're on high ground! We are on a Priority One Energy Grid. With over 300 huge potted plants, many trees, etc we live in a lush tropical "Paradise". Our guests' highest praises include private, quiet, serene, safe and secluded; attributes we're fortunate to claim We have no neighbors while being so close to so much. Fantastic studio consisting of a comfortable queen bed, and small kitchenette, perfect for a long term stay or weekend get away. Parking on premises. Unit was newly renovated and is impeccably kept. Minutes away from popular Indian Rocks beach / Belleair beach and clear water beach. Easy hassle free check in. (This is a one room studio with 1 queen bed as shown) this is a private apartment with its own front door. Not a shared space. Close to the Largo hospital, medical students welcome!

Quiet 3 BD Large Heated Pool & Terrasse-5 mn Beach

Unwind and relax while staying at our freshly renovated Floridian nest! Pretend you are lost in our tropical garden while diving in the pool, take some time for yourself on the covered patio directly facing the blue water and the vivid green of the palm trees. Just breathe, your favorite meal smells good on the grill and your family is enjoying the large TV in the comfortable open space with high ceilings! Newly remodeled, quiet and cozy guest house on a cul de sac. Great location close to shopping/restaurants, 4 miles to Gulf Blvd where you will find many beautiful beaches, Clearwater, St Pete etc. 1 Bedroom, queen bed, and sofa bed in living room which pulls out to a queen bed. Full kitchen with all the extras. Cable TV, WiFi, 1 private parking spot (can accommodate 2 or recreational vehicle just need a heads up). Access to washer/dryer for stays 4 nights or more. No pets, no children under 8.

Private Pool, Jacuzzi, Walk to Beach.

This Guest Suite is a large Studio Apt(360 sq ft) attached to our home. It has a private entrance, a large bath, large bedroom with pool view and private deck. Also includes a kitchenette with full size fridge, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. No Stove. Complimentary breakfast snacks including Coffee, tea and biscuits. Relax on the deck and watch the birds on the bird feeder or grab our bikes, beach chairs and head to the beach. Grill available. Please read house rules before booking.
