The Pottery Barn

This is a self contained annex above a double garage (please note low roof angles in places) with an independent door. It has one king size bed with some seating and a TV and dinning table. There is a small kitchenette including a microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. The ensuite has a basic electric shower and usual amenities. There is internet available. If you would like to bring a child please contact us before to check if suitable. There is parking on the main road or opposite in a Close.

At the end of the day cozy up in front of the log burner or spend the evening in one of the local pubs or restaurants.

Guest Annex near Hungerford

A first-floor annexe with separate and secure access. The annexe was built in 2023 and is in excellent condition. The accommodation comprises of an open plan bedroom and sitting area with a kingsize bed, sofa & TV. There is an integrated kitchen and a separate bathroom. The annexe over looks the garden and private drive in a quaint rural village less than 10 minutes drive from Hungerford. The village is surrounded by rolling countryside and boasts a fantastic local pub.

The Annexe at the Coppice - Self contained

Shalbourne is a beautiful village about 3 miles from Hungerford and 8 miles from Marlborough and in an area of outstanding natural beauty. We have a friendly village pub which has a large and varied menu and a village shop which serves delicious fresh coffee and pastries. The Annexe is a comfortable twin-bedded studio set in our 2 acre garden which has far reaching views over the surrounding countryside. There are great walks and cycle rides from our front door.

Charming Kintbury Cottage

This charming Victorian terraced cottage is situated in the heart of Kintbury. There are plenty of lovely walks nearby and the Kennet & Avon canal is within easy reach for fishing and cycling. The village has 2 nice pubs and a very good corner store just a few minute's walk away. The property is also only a short distance from the station for trains to Newbury/Hungerford (5 minutes), Reading (35 minutes) or London (50 minutes).

The space is a sumptuous and comfy open plan barn adjacent to a Manor House set in 5 acres of garden. The barn is located near to popular Hungerford and renown Marlborough. A couple or single person could stay. No pets or babies allowed. They'll be a selection of cereals, bread, butter, jam and marmalade for you to have for breakfast.

Pettits Barn

A newly built barn with accommodation on the upper level, kitchen with all amenities, king size bed, separate bathroom and beautiful views overlooking fields from double glazed doors. Very private and peaceful, yet only a few hundred yards from the idyllic village pub.
