Our apartment is an idyllic, peaceful location on a south-facing slope and offers a 40m² terrace with a unique 180°-view of the entire Tennengebirge mountains and the Lammertal valley. The loft-like living space is flooded with sunlight and brings the unique mountain panorama to the fore. The apartment, which was only built in 2020, is comfortably warm in winter (underfloor heating) and pleasantly cool in summer. A desk for workation stays and a fully automatic coffee machine are available.

Our brand-new, tranquil 40 m² apartment is within walking distance of the centre of Strobl and Lake Wolfgang. From the balcony, you have a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape. We provide you with a fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, stove, dishwasher), children cots, air condition, a washing machine with a dryer, a towel radiator, a bathtub for a relaxing bath, and a garage parking space. Each sleeping room has a double bed. Sleeping room 2 is only reachable via sleeping room 1 or via entrance door to the terrace.

Die mittelalterliche Salz-und Keltenstadt Hallein gilt als die „kleine Schwester“ der Kulturstadt Salzburg, welche mit der S-Bahn in ca. 20 Min bequem erreicht werden kann.

Ruhiges und idyllisches Ferienhaus

Du bewohnst einen regionstypischen Bauernhof in den Bergen. Das Haus ist über einer BERGSTRASSE ca. 10km außerhalb vom Ortsgebiet (Supermarkt) in ruhiger Lage, erreichbar. Ist gemütlich eingerichtet, Warmwasser und Raumheizung ist in der kalten Jahreszeit mit Holzofen selber zu heizen. Für Selbstversorger ideal geeignet. Bettbezüge selber mitnehmen. Die Ortstaxe ist 2,50 € pro Nacht und pro Person, Kinder bis 15 Jahren sind frei.
