The Great Green Room

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. The Great Green Room offers a completely private entry, living space, and bathroom. It is attached to our personal home but has zero shared space. It is equipped with mini fridge, microwave, kuerig, toaster, and kitchen necessities. We are close to great food and shopping. Only five minutes away from Lake Lanier and centrally located between Gainesville and Flowery Branch, GA. We are close to 985 and 20 minutes from the Mall of Georgia!

The Shoreland Home on Lake Lanier With Dock

Windows everywhere make it feel like a tree house, on the lake. Our families home is all about family & friends gathering and having fun. The spaces in the home are very socially engaging. Take an easy 45 second, walk to the lake in our quite cove and go for an evening canoe, its pretty special. Bring your own boat and tie up at the dock if you prefer. The creek in the back of the home, that flows into Lake Lanier, is lightly active and creates a nice soundtrack for evenings on the back decks.

If you're here visiting family, doing a school visit, attending an event, on a business trip, or vacationing, you'll enjoy our positive space.

Adorable three bed, two bath farmhouse just 12 minutes to the historic Dahlonega Square and only 5 minutes to the North Georgia Outlet Mall. Enjoy this private setting sipping wine around the fire pit while the kids make s’mores. A king bed with ensuite bathroom for the master, with two bedrooms and full bath upstairs. This location makes all of the restaurants in Dawsonville easily accessible while still being close to all that Dahlonega offers. Convenient to hiking, shopping and vineyards.

Guests have own entrance and parking. No shared living spaces. Owners live on same property in separate house.

The kitchen and bathroom are stocked with most anything you might need while traveling. You will love the jetted tub as well as the comfy king bed. (You will have the entire place to yourselves as the basement portion is currently being used as storage.)
