This home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. Enjoy the family grand room and a half bath for convenience. There is also a welcoming formal living room at the entry. Most importantly, there are plenty of beds for the whole family! This home offers a shaded backyard with a nice patio for your summer BBQ’s.

Board's Warm Springs Inn is the perfect place to make you feel like you're back at grandma's house! Nestled into the hillside of the Sawtooth Mountains, it's only a three minute drive to the ski runs off of Warm Springs Road, and a fifteen minute drive to the famous Sun Valley resort. Enjoy beautiful views of a quiet, sweeping valley all year long. Be sure not to feed the bears! No, seriously...there's lots of wildlife around these parts. We offer a 20% discount for returning guests!

Quiet getaway in Hailey.

This cozy cabin is a great getaway. It is riding distance to hiking and mountain bike trails and is 10 miles from Sun Valley's skiing and mountain biking. The private setting provides a quiet and serene place to relax and is blocks from downtown Hailey. Fully fenced yard with city park to the west and north of the property. We have 2 cruiser bikes, 2 pair of snowshoes and a small barbeque available. Not suitable for toddlers and young children. Campers and camping are not allowed.

Family-friendly home with pool and hot-tub.

This luxury townhome aims to be the most family friendly place in the valley. Newly built in 2022, it has a 2-car garage, baby gates, a Pack N Play with mattress, toddler table, high chair, and three large baby mats styled as rugs. Enjoy the pool, splash pad, hot tub, large grassy area, 2 bicycles and a 2-child bike trailer. Very close to the 20+ mile Wood River Trail bike path. Near the airport and construction, so there is some noise during the day, but kids' rooms are more quiet.

Downtown Studio, your Ketchum/Sun Valley home

The Studio is located on the first floor of a three story townhouse. Cozy, beautifully decorated queen bed studio, located 2 1/2 blocks from the Ketchum Town Square, short walk to restaurants, shops and parks in Ketchum. Just 1 mile from the world renowned Sun Valley Resort. Half a mile to River Run Gondola, short bus ride to Warm Springs side of Baldy. Easy access to bike path, free bus service, golf courses and hiking. We do not recommend the studio for more than 2 or 3 people.
