Our garden is a motley mix of herbs, flowers, veggies & fruit trees & we love to share our produce - dad is a master gardener & Ayurveda expert with tons of stories and seeds to share. Another year-round hangout spot is our Tibari (patio) where you’ll get amazing views of Mussoorie, can soak up some Vit D, have an afternoon nap & drink many cups of tea! P.S. How could I forget? We also have a wood-fired oven for all you pizza aficionados!

The Bird House

Bird House is a charming, two storied abode located just meters away from the main national highway. As you enter the property, a panoramic view of the forest with the dense Mussoorie hills in the backdrop, unfolds before you. Away from the noise pollution of Mussourie and Dehradun, the only noise you hear shall be the chirping of around 1000 varieties of exotic birds who have made their home in this Uttarakhand region. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups.

Lal Kothi is chef Sameer Sewak & his family's home in countryside Dehradun. It is surrounded table top views of Mussoorie hills, Tons river, Sal forests. Guests get the 2nd floor with a private access. The space includes 2 bedrooms, a kitchen/lounge, 2 terraces & balconies. Included in your stay is a complimentary breakfast. Guests get to order vegetarian & non-vegetarian delicacies for lunch & dinner from the dehradun famous Awadhi cuisine menu designed by Chef Sameer & his mother Swapna.
