You can escape the world while only being a short walk from charming, historic downtown Grass Valley. Visit the wineries in the area or go to the Yuba River.

No cleaning fee! Private suite .Fish our ponds and enjoy 7 acres of serenity @ play our 9 hole discgolf! 5 minutes to downtown Grass Valley. One hour to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe, 1 hour to Sacramento. Our house has been divided into two! We will be on one side of the house with a door separating us from the guest area. Guest area has separate entrance, it's own living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry area. Pet friendly. If you have pet allergies don't be book.

We are about 15 minutes away from downtown Grass Valley and Nevada City. Yuba River, mountain biking, and hiking are about 20 minutes away from the house. Skiing is about 50 miles away.

If you feel like staying in feel free to enjoy the spacious 2,000 square feet to play games, cook, make forts, or do yoga. If you need to work remote there is fiber internet and 2 desks to set-up your laptop. The house sits on 1.1 acres.
