Our backyard is Grandfather Mountain, and Tanawha Trail is within walking distance of the property for hikers. Grandfather Mountain, Price Park, Sugar Mountain, Beech Mountain, wineries and and all of the restaurants of Boone, Blowing Rock and Banner Elk are minutes away. Finish the evening watching stars and chilling on our covered outdoor patio.

The quaint one bedroom apartment is located just 2 miles away from the Blue Ridge Parkway, Grandfather Mountain, and fantastic trails. Walk to the historic Hampton Store for BBQ and live music. Just 6 miles to Ski Sugar on state maintained roads. Boone and Blowing Rock are a short 30 minute drive. Restaurants and grocery stores are within 5-10 minutes.

Bathroom is only 30 yard walk. Sleeping space for 2 adults only. 1-2 small kids may be allowed with preapproval. AWD/4-wheel drive recommended December-March in case of snow.

Make Sugar Mountain your quick getaway destination. Be sure to use a parking pass during your stay (provided). Snow chains or 4x4 required heavy snow conditions.

Cozy Condo at Sugar Mountain Ski Resort

200 yards from the slopes, 400 yards from the golf course and the tennis courts, Cozy Condo with its nice deck is the perfect place to relax with friends, family and Fido. This apartment does not have AC because it is located 5200 feet above the sea level. Due to the high elevation, of Sugar Mountain, the highest temperatures are high 70s during the afternoon which does not happen a lot, and 60s during the night.
