Villa Vaho attractive holiday home-North Adriatic

Villa Vaho is my family holiday home, rented to tourists all year around. It is a large and comfortable house on two separate floors and it sleeps total of 10 people. The house is usually rented as whole but exeptions can be made out off season. The house is surrounded by the large garden. It is suitable for families with children of all ages. Parking is free and suitable for 2 cars. The house is 50 m away from the beach and all amenities are in the walking distance or 2 km away in the town.

Spacious Villa Above Beach

30 minutes drive from Rijeka airport which has flights from all major European cities. Located right above the beach offering various different activities. A short walk to town centre where restaurants, bars and shops are. 10 minutes walk away from harbour, where boat tours depart daily in summer. Finished to a high standard, the villa has a large garden, on site free parking, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a beautiful roof terrace with a panoramic view of the sea and islands.

The sea, the beaches, the attractions are only 5 km from the house. On the groundfloor are 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower. One bedroom is with TV (SAT) and aircondition. On the first floor is the living room with the TV (with SAT programs), the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Also on groundfloor is laundry room. Wireless internet is available in the entire house. The house have private pool (30m2) and outdoor kitchen with dining area.

Dear guests, welcome to Klenovica! Thanks to the idyllic tranquility and crystal clear waters Klenovica is a real pearl. Our apartments are located 50 m from the sea near the pine forest. Numerous restaurants offer special culinary delights for tourists. Surroundings without industrial pollution and mountain air from the high forests of the hinterland, decorated bike and hiking trails, lookout points and walks, all this gives an ecological advantage to stay in our place.

Above the rooftops of Kvarner Bay, above the yachts of Mitan Marina, our attic apartment, newly renovated in 2023, offers a unique sea view and a loft-like living atmosphere. Equipped with all the usual kitchen appliances, you will find a dishwasher and a washing machine as well. WIFI and TV are a given, as well as air conditioning (hot and cold), a bathtub and, to cool off, an outdoor shower on the terrace. Walking distance to Lopar beach in Novi is 8-10 minutes.

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

The house is contemporary yet warm and has a very calm feel about it. It’s a retreat for when things get too busy, a digital nomad working space, a happy-hangout with friends, or just some time in the sun.
