The house runs on solar power, so guests are asked to be mindful of electricity use. Water is drinkable, and warm water is provided by solar panels or a gas boiler. The house has three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, and an enclosed terrace. The beach is 50m away, with a small dock, two SUPs, and sun loungers.

Here you can enjoy the nature, the stars in the evening, the birthsong, the scents of Mediterranean herbs and the view on Lošinj bay
