If you are a couple looking for a beach get away, solo adventurer, business traveler or a family looking for a fun place to stay right in the heart of Ventura, you will love it here!

There is a wonderful farmer's market 1/2 block away Thursday afternoons. The back of our home has 1 acre of Sangiovese grape that is harvested in October. The 1 bedroom apartment is attached to our home. It has a parking on our driveway, private entrance, living room, kitchen, bathroom/shower and a bedroom and full size bed.

Quick walk to world famous “the Spot” burgers but really, it’s all about the beach, it’s like so close! Walking trails in the wetlands are close too, the kids love exploring there. Carp’s got some cool restaurants too, our favorite is Teddy’s by the Sea. Partly because our dog is named Teddy but food’s pretty good too!

Enclosed, private patio with panoramic beach, mountain, island views plus gas fire pit & BBQ. Steps from the patio are chairs in the sand with a huge sun umbrella. Complimentary beach bikes. Yummy cafe across the street. It's very rare to find a beachfront place at this price.

Our unique Studio is located in our working barn, where you could be greeted by our wonderful horses. Our ranch has breathtaking views of the mountains and is minutes away from bike riding, golf, hiking, beaches, horse back riding, wine tasting, and much, much more. You can enjoy sitting outside and relaxing or visit nearby Solvang, Los Olivos, and downtown Santa Ynez. Please, NO PETS.
