Spacious newly renovated three bed gite with large pool, a very large enclosed garden and spectacular views over the Gironde estuary and their protected marshland all the way to the sea at Royan. The house is private, calm and to the inland side surrounded by Cognac vineyards. There is a BBQ and al fresco dining area which overlook the estuary. The garden is very large with both open grassy spaces and tranquil areas beneath mature trees. Restaurants and a supermarket are all within easy reach

Stunning Vineyard Cottage with pool & terrace

Slow down and unwind at this unique and tranquil getaway. Once a vineyard workers cottage, many years ago, it is now fully restored to comfortably welcome four guests. The cottage flanks the vines with an uninterrupted view over our organic vineyard towards the estuary on the horizon. Relax on the terrace and take in its generous views over the landscape, take a dip in your own private pool, open late May-Sept, or stroll through the vines and woodlands that are both equally abundant in the area.

We welcome you in a small stone outbuilding. A bedroom on an open mezzanine, bathroom/WC, a fully equipped kitchen. Cathedral living room with sofa bed and large fireplace. Sheets, bath towels, provided. Boat on Lake Hourtin by reservation. and a horse riding school in the front of the house
