Welcome to our warm and cozy bungalow. Enjoy drinking coffee on the porch or swing on the front porch listening to the birds chirp. We have a fire pit and charcoal grill. Our home is pet friendly, and we have toys and games for kids too! We have Wi-Fi , along with HBO and Netflix, Amazon Prime and Hulu. There is 2 bedrooms and one full bath. This 1930s cottage style house is located near the heart of downtown Rutherfordton and less than 12 miles to the Tryon International Equestrian Center. Walk to downtown. Outside has several seating areas to relax. Must like cats!! We have several indoor/outdoor cats. They have their own door! Our home is inviting and eclectic. Friends love to come over. There is a fire pit in the backyard so come and relax.
