It is an easy two block stroll to the historic Georgetown square where you will find restaurants, wine bars, craft beers, live music, shopping, arts and theater. Perfect location, perfect for dogs. Best fenced yard in Old Town, backs to SouthWestern University. Historic Georgetown Square is 1/2 a mile away. Near the 29 and a 3 minute drive to the 35 and 130 inner loop. Front house: Two bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 bathroom, TV room in the front house. Back unit (called bedroom 3 in the listing - extra cost), has desk and a full bed (no running water in office). Can add another full size sleeping setup.

The Cabin at Idyllwood Farm

Set on heavily wooded acres. Close to dining, shopping, downtown but also tucked away enough to unplug and relax. Hike to the San Gabriel River or take a short drive to Georgetown Lake. The cabin grounds feature a serene koi pond and hot tub. Seasonal fire pit - placed out in fall and winter. 5 minutes to HighPointe Estate and close to many other wedding venues.
