A pochi metri dall'abitazione ci sono sempre parcheggi disponibili e gratuiti, non ci sono restrizioni ZTL riguardanti il centro storico. La casa è completa di tutti i servizi.

Inhabited since the dawn of time by a noble family, it is still today embellished by a marvelous and large garden with a breathtaking view of the imposing Rocca and the entire deep valley: this is our structure.

Easily to reach by car. With panoramic pool, hammocks, big terrace, enough privacy for everyone. Near a small medieval village Poggio Cupro 2km from Cupramontana, with restaurants, pizzeria, shops and bars. Very quiet environment, central position to visit the Frasassi caves, Fabriano, Jesi, Gubbio, Ancona, Perugia, Assisi, and the Adriatic coast. We rent out scooters.

The villa is located at 500 meters above sea-level, at 17 km from Perugia, 20 km from Assisi and 20 km from Gubbio. The panoramic location is very suggestive and quiet. The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.

Residenza d'epoca nel pieno centro storico di Assisi, comoda per muoversi a piedi con parcheggio gratuito in loco. La casa comprende un'ampia sala da pranzo con vista sulla Basilica di Santa Chiara, cucina, due camere da letto con due bagni riservati provvisti di vasca da bagno e doccia.
