Apartments Molindrio are located in one of the most beautiful bays in Poreč, after which the apartments themselves are named. Modern and beautifully decorated apartments are located in a quiet location outside the city of Porec with important facilities such as restaurants, water park, water skiing, gas station, camps and beautiful beaches of the tourist resort Zelena and Plava Laguna nearby. An outdoor saltwater pool, located in a nearby family house, is at guests ’disposal.

Villa GreenBlue je moderna i luksuzno namještena kuća za odmor sa bazenom smještena na mirnoj lokaciji svega 2 km od centra Poreča te isto toliko od mora. Kuća se nalazi na osami, okružena je livadom i šumom iz koje će na livadu nerijetko "navratiti" njeni znatiželjni stanovnici, srne i divlji zečevi. Kuća je smještena na ograđenoj okućnici koja je na raspolaganju samo gostima kuće a na kojoj se nalazi veliki bazen površine 50 m2, vanjski whirlpool, finska sauna i roštilj.

With the nice weather the garden is obviously the favorite part of the house to spend time. You can cool yourself down in the pool, or you can enjoy preparing your food in the cosy summer kitchen with the traditional open fireplace. The outdoor dining space is perfect to spend warm evenings in a good company. All of this is even better when you can enjoy the spectacular views and greenery that surrounds our beautiful villa. The garden has a lawn irrigation system.

Old Mulberry House

Authentic Istrian stone house built in 1922. This house is fully renovated and equipped to provide you all you need. Modern interior, fully equipped kitchen, relaxing living room, spacious bedrooms with private bathroom, an outdoor dinning area with grill, private pool and parking on the property. Each room is carefully designed by our designer. All this will afford you enjoy your holidays and fill up your batteries.

Villa Costa by Briskva

Villa Costa for 4 persons consists of a living room with a sofa bed for two children, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, another bedroom and another bathroom. NOTE: There are also 2 separate holiday apartments in the building, which have separate, completely independent entrances. The 2 holiday apartments do not use the pool and garden of Villa Costa and are rented separately.

Villa Vallis

Ova predivna vila savršen je izbor za parove i obitelji! Nudi veliki bazen, jacuzzi, finsku saunu, vanjsku kuhinju s roštiljem i prostrano dvorište za uživanje i opuštanje. Gosti imaju besplatan pristup multifunkcionalnom igralištu s mini golfom, tenisom, badmintonom, odbojkom, košarkom i nogometom. Smještena je samo 5 km od centra grada i u blizini plaža, znamenitosti, muzeja, galerija i brojnih lokalnih atrakcija.

Rovinj Room with 2 pools

The house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, just a couple of minutes walking from the pedesitran area and about 10-15 minutes from the beaches. Guests have access to two swimming pools. Room is located on the 1st floor, overlooking the pools. It has a private bathroom and terrace. There is no kitchen but there is a small fridge and water kettle.

Close to the sea, beaches, water sports, and more, Apartments Noa brings it all within reach. Aquapark Aquacolors Porec and Dinopark Funtana are also close by.
