Our guest house is a spacious 681 sq. ft. house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, eating area, full kitchen, stackable washer & dryer, separate private entrance and one outdoor parking space next to the guest house and additional parking located on the street. The guest house is over the detached garage completely separate from the main house for the utmost privacy.

This townhouse is the ideal place for a cozy stay while visiting Franklin, Tennessee. There are many things to do locally and it's a short thirty minute drive from Nashville. If you decide to stay in and relax, no expense was spared to ensure you have everything you need. You want a wonderful stay and I want that for you too! I follow all AirBNB and CDC guidelines for cleaning.

Our home is next door, and when my children were quite young; they were allowed to go to the shopping/dining area of Franklin by themselves. (Back then you could buy fried rice for 99 cents, plus Gray's Drugstore had penny candy!) Such a sweet place to raise a family! Even though stores have changed, the LOCATION is the same!
