In the winter (from October to March) you might be lucky to be here during a big wave swell and in the summer (April to October) you can enjoy our swimming pool. Regardless the season, the sea view is always available, it's a quiet area whilst you are at 5 minutes walk to the center of Sítio da Nazaré. Our beautifully restored villa is right in the centre of town but has a private heated swimming pool and patio area for sun bathing and dining. The house has fresh white walls, dark wooden floors and shuttered windows. We have down and feather duvets and pillows, white cotton bedding and a fully equipped BBQ area outside. Upstairs we have a TV room with a wood burning stove and downstairs the living area is open plan. The swimming pool is saltwater and has an automatic cover for safety.
