Beautiful and well-stocked kitchen with quartz countertop. There are 2 bedrooms - each with a queen bed. The living room has a 58" TV and large sectional for relaxing. Additional guests can sleep on the sectional or provided queen air mattress. Enjoy large back yard with a fenced in area and deck.

This clean and cozy cottage is located near the downtown historic area of Ft Smith. Close to the Convention Center, baseball fields and Creekmore Park (public swimming pool).
