There's enough to do if seclusion is your goal or plenty of things to venture out and experience.

Plenty of room for parking, only 9 minutes to Boiling Springs, and about 20-30 minutes from Spartanburg and Greenville. Note: 1 Full bath and 2 half baths, typical of older homes. Enjoy spacious house with private 20x40 in-ground swimming pool, dock for fishing and boating, large decks & charcoal grill make for a great BBQ day! 2 kayaks provided! If you plan to bring your own boat to use from Maggie's dock, contact the Lake Bowen Warden Office to obtain boat sticker. Boat rentals are also available. Starting June 15, 2021-Spartanburg County Occupancy tax is 3% for each night.
