We are waiting for you in our accommodation, renovated and with access to the woods, village and cycle paths. In winter warm yourself with the stove and reach Christmas markets (Merano,Bolzano,Trento) in less than an hour on panoramic roads. In summer, venture out towards lakes and meadows or lie down in the garden or visit our vegetable garden. 45 minutes from Bolzano fair. The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

Monolocale in taverna rustica di 20 mq situato a piano terra della mia dimora del 1600 con accesso indipendente e parcheggio privato. Il monolocale è molto silenzioso e fresco ,adatto per una vacanza molto rilassante. Fornito di segnale Wi-Fi valido per navigazione leggera telefonica, non adatto a una connessione con PC. In casa abbiamo cane e gatto. Tassa di soggiorno provinciale obbligatoria di 1 euro a testa a notte; da versare in contanti all'arrivo.

Wo einst eine große Wiese mit Farnen war, steht nun unser "farnhaus", inmitten der Natur, ruhig gelegen und dennoch schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Vor uns erstreckt sich das gesamte Etschtal, ein Spektakel zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit und Meran und das Schloss Tirol liegen uns zu Füßen. Ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und schöne Spaziergänge.

This accommodation is part of a traditional "maso", the old Alpine farmhouse, which has just been renovated. Positioned on the top floor, it reveals a panorama of serene woods, two tranquil mountain lakes, and the majestic Brenta Dolomites. Inside, the charm of pine wood, the enveloping warmth emitted by the wood stove, and subtle decorations complete the welcoming atmosphere of a modern mountain retreat.
