My home is located in building 2 of Hilton Head Resort and is close to the beach, Palmetto Dunes Golf Course, & all of the amenities that our community has to offer including 3 swimming pools, tennis/badminton/pickleball courts, indoor track, hot tub, kiddie pool, fitness room, sauna, 2 outdoor bar & grills & more. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the comfy beds, but mostly because of the location! My place is good for couples, families w/ children, & groups of up to 4 adults.

This second-floor condo sits inside Hilton Head Resort, a gated mid-island property with a private boardwalk that takes you straight to the Atlantic and to Coco's Beach Bar waiting at the end of it. The beach is roughly 300 yards away, an easy 10-minute stroll, or hop the free golf cart shuttle during peak season. The boardwalk crosses a tidal marsh where herons, egrets, and the occasional dolphin are regular sightings. It's worth the walk even when you're not headed to the beach.
