LowCountry Folly is on a marsh-front lot with a large back yard featuring a dock. Beach access is two houses down to the right and surfing at the 'Washout' is less than 1 mile. Morris Light House is best viewed at the end of the island, a short walk away. Sunsets are best watched from our 'Crows Nest' with a bottle of wine. Charleston is a quick drive.
