Within 10-20minutes of Hendersonville, Asheville, Biltmore, Airport etc. Good location to launch for activities- river, biking, climbing, hiking etc. T.V. includes streaming channels. This property is not walking distance to a lake so I'm not sure why air bnb has this under lake category. However, Lake Julian is a 5 min drive
