Casa Isabella: Serenity By The Sea

Casa Isabella is 5 minutes walk from the centre of the the village of Malfa on the island of Salina, one of the seven Aeolian Islands off the north-west coast of Sicily. This two storey house was recently renovated to exceptional standards and restored in typical Aeolian style with a contemporary twist, sleeping two people comfortably. The house has magnificent uninterrupted views over the ocean, including from the double bedroom, the two covered outdoor terraces and the front garden. It is bordered by grape vines on one side, olive trees to the other, and the ocean in front. The double bedroom upstairs has a window overlooking the sea and also views back to Malfa, and has an en-suite bathroom and shower. Downstairs there is a large living area that opens onto a covered terrace which is perfect for entertaining, a modern eat-in kitchen opening to another terrace, and another bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house is minimalist in design with resin floors and new fittings throughout. All bedding and bath towels are supplied (please bring your own beach towels), and the kitchen is fully equipped. The house is fully air-conditioned and also has heating for the colder months, as well as a slow combustion fire-place. The house has television and wifi, but no telephone. Mobile reception is good. The house is a 5 minute walk from Malfa shops and village square, a 10 minute walk to Malfa port and a 15 minute walk to Punta Scario Beach. It has plenty of parking space for a car and/or scooters, both of which can be rented in Malfa. Casa Isabella is perfect for a week, a month or the whole summer season! Minimum stay is 7 nights. Casa Isabella is also our holiday home, and we ask that you treat it as if it were yours. Upon arrival, we will supply a full information guide to the house, restaurants and other sites and services in Malfa, and the surrounding islands. Cleaning fee is €50 and is to be paid in cash directly to the cleaner upon checkout. PLEASE NOTE, THIS HOUSE IS SUITABLE FOR ADULTS ONLY.

La struttura immersa nel verde di Pollara offre, sia dalla veranda, dalla camera da letto e dalla cucina, una vista mozzafiato. Grazie alla loro esposizione è possibile assistere ad un meraviglioso tramonto accompagnato dalla incantevole vista delle Isole Filicudi ed Alicudi. E' possibile tra l'altro raggiungere l'antico borgo di pescatori con una piacevole passeggiata, dove potrete riconoscere alcuni luoghi del film Il Postino. Posto ideale per trascorrere una vacanza all'insegna del relax.

Salsedine

Incantevole casa in stile Eoliano sull'isola di Filicudi. Sviluppata su due livelli, vanta un'ampia terrazza con vista sul Mar Mediterraneo e, durante le giornate di alta visibilità, sulla Sicilia e sull’Etna. Dalla tranquilla terrazza superiore, si ammirano le isole di Salina, Lipari e Vulcano. E' composta da tre camere da letto matrimoniali fornite di guardaroba, e quattro bagni . E' possibile aggiungere un letto a castello se richiesto. Ampia cucina con lavastoviglie ed un living interno.

PETRICORE A Lipari sul promontorio del Monte Rosa, completamente isolata, si affitta una casa indipendente ed unica a 180 gradi sul mare con vista sulla Calabria, Sicilia, sull'isola di Vulcano e sulla stessa isola di Lipari. Data la sua esposizione a sud, nelle giornate piu' belle si riesce a vedere anche il vulcano Etna. La proprietà è composta da due camere da letto, cucina e due bagni, e tutto l'esterno, compresa l'aia. Dalla casa si può accedere con un sentiero di 1km alla spiaggia.

Prenditela con calma in questo spazio unico e rilassante.Percorrendo lo storico e caratteristico sentiero che parte da Val di Chiesa e scende verso la costa si raggiunge Battiato Home Lo spazio esterno ombreggiato dal tipico cannizzo dà accesso al living room con la cucina dotata di tutto, ed accanto vi è una camera da letto con bagno in camera. La scala aperta sul living conduce al piano superiore in cui vi sono una camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno e l'accesso ad un terrazzino.

Casa tipica eoliana in contrada Canale (zona collinare), con diverse terrazze da cui si gode di una incredibile vista sulla baia di Pecorini e sull'isola di Alicudi. La casa è protetta da un piccolo antico uliveto e circondata da un fresco giardino, un'oasi di pace, silenzio e connessione con la natura dell'isola. Dispone di un vecchio pianoforte verticale Blüthner ed è disponibile per essere affittata per intero oppure in modalità BnB (vedere l'altro annuncio o contattare l'host).

Alicudi, Isole Eolie, Antica casa contadina su isola ancora selvaggia, arredata con mobilio dell'isola, restauro conservativo. Isola non ha macchine, solo muli portano bagagli e spesa, la casa è a duecento metri di altezza sul mare. raggiungibile solo a piedi per le mulattiere a scale( 20\30 minuti a piedi). Un isola arcaica in cui la natura è sovrana, tempi lenti a cui connettersi. Senza luce nelle strade solo stelle e luna. Per questo il minimo soggiorno, in casa, è sette notti.

View from the terraces are breathtaking. The house has three terraces, the wood oven, a kitchen, 3 independent bedrooms, 2 restrooms 1 of which is outside. A outdoor shower too.
