The Speculator Guest House is fully renovated to offer an elevated and thoughtful stay. Guests love the outdoor sauna, Sunday to Wednesday private chef brunch or dinner, espresso maker, fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need for a campfire under the string lights. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, or the sandy beach on Lake Pleasant (.6 miles). Each guest receives individualized local recommendations. There are several outdoor activities to do in the area...fishing, boating, hiking, kayaking, snowmobiling,cross country skiing & restaurants. Spend the day exploring and then come back to relax in the warmth of your very own private pool, sit by a fire on the patio or start the grill.

Free campfire wood included with your stay so you can enjoy s’mores if you just can’t be pulled away from the peaceful serenity, then retire in comfort in a comfortable apartment.

Welcome to Camp Moosehead! Our little piece of rustic heaven in the Southern Adirondacks on the West Canada Creek! We have over an acre of property with a private pond for your viewing, kayaking, fishing and swimming pleasure. Located 30 minutes west of Speculator, our property is close to hiking trails, snowmobile trails and other Adirondack sights. Bring your supplies for the weekend, your sweetie and your well behaved pups and enjoy your stay at the cozy cabin on the creek.

Lakefront and Private with Stunning Views

Tucked away on a serene lakefront, Camp Stardust offers exceptional privacy, natural beauty, and comfort. The cabin is all windows - providing panoramic lake and wildlife views—ducks, eagles, otter, deer, and heron are frequent visitors. PLEASE NOTE: Our housekeeper is available Monday and Friday only from June through October. So please request dates that arrive and depart on a Monday or Friday to be accepted. Thank you!
