The most comfortable bed in the world is up a strong stable ladder in the dream loft. A sofa bed is on the main floor.

We love sharing our home in the beautiful hills of San Anselmo, just 1/2- 2/3 mile up a narrow winding road, easy to navigate with our simple directions! A fairly secluded feel, surrounded by trees w/views of distant hills & easy access to both wonderful towns of Fairfax & San Anselmo. (3-5 min drive/25-30 min walk to either). Deer Park & Marin Art & Garden are very close for weddings/events! See further description below

Our place is great for folks who love the outdoors, music, small town charm. We are around the corner from a famous mountain bike trail. A 10-20 minute walk takes you from one end of our town to the other. Including the best ever organic ice cream shop, a deluxe health food store, live music, brew pubs. Fairfax is a destination town with fun boutiques, drop-in yoga, eclectic restaurants including an exotic tea salon, and hundreds of cyclists touring through. Maximum stay: 6 nights.

Downtown SR. nice quiet in-law w/sofabed, nice 32' TV, YouTube TV w/ music, crickets, nice paint, nice flooring, Fridge, microwave, ,toaster oven, own water heater/shower. Please do not order food to be delivered. Check in 6pm but can drop luggage after 12 noon, if arranged IF you are PICKY, please rent a HOTEL. Max weight for the bed is 300, please. Just bought a NEW MATTRESS in Nov. 2020. Separate keyed entrance and private bathroom w shower.

In San Geronimo Valley: 'Rustyducks Cottage' in the heart of Woodacre amidst Redwoods, hiking & biking trails and close to Spirit Rock Center🙏 Ground floor BR contains a double bed and a single bed. Split heater for warmth or cool in this well insulated space. Great WiFi and 1 block from a deli serving hot breakfasts etc. Over the hill in Fairfax is the famous Good Earth food store. Great drives to Point Reyes and Golden Gate Bridge. A great base for exploring the area.

Fairfax Getaway in the Redwoods

This lovely little private studio is located on the lower level of our 3-story home in a magical redwood grove in Fairfax, California. The unit has a cozy Murphy bed, kitchenette, dishwasher, and bathroom with a large shower. Enjoy a private outdoor deck and patio surrounded by redwoods. There are two sweet cats on the premises. They don’t hang out in the unit but they love to visit guests and may occasionally enter the unit.

Great for a vacation, work-from-home alternative or staycation. One room "tree house" studio in a redwood grove. Large, spacious room with 2 twin beds, shower, fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker, Netflix/Amazon Prime. 15 min "fairy-tale" walk to downtown Mill Valley. Close to hiking trails and Muir Woods yet only 30 min from San Francisco.

Secluded but central, cozy two room apartment, a minute's walk from downtown (restaurants and cafes literally around the corner) A private entrance, opens to a flower-filled patio. We have a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. There is a very comfortable queen bed and an ottoman that folds out to a roomy single bed.
