The Breezeway Retreat is a brand new luxe coastal retreat located on our small acreage property at Peregian Beach on the Sunshine Coast. We are located minutes from the shores of beautiful Lake Weyba where we are immersed in nature. Our property is located in a quiet acreage pocket of Peregian Beach. If you are seeking coastal luxury, tranquility and beautiful surroundings, The Breezeway Retreat is for you. We have curated a very special property for our guests to ensure a home away from home.

Amity House - Noosa hinterland

Amity House is a beautiful Queenslander home ideally located between Noosa and Eumundi. It's the perfect base for your family holiday - a quiet spacious property with views across bushland to Laguna Bay - with the beaches of Noosa and Peregian less than 20 minutes away. Head out to the beach in the morning, then spend the afternoon relaxing by the pool before toasting marshmallows around the campfire at night. We accommodate up to six adults or families with children up to eight in total.

The Lodge One 5 Star Pet Friendly

As you step into The Lodge, you are greeted by the inviting ambiance of a large well-appointed accomodation that reflects the tranquillity of its natural surroundings. The interior boasts a harmonious fusion of earthy tones and contemporary furnishings, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for your stay. Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature and wildlife that surrounds The Lodge, watch kangaroos hopping by the windows and a variety of bird species adding to the symphony of sounds.

629 Balmoral Ridge

A private new home, built amongst 35acres of lush bush, with panoramic views out to the coast. The house has 2 large bedrooms with a queen bed and 2 single beds which can be converted to a king bed if needed. There is a fully self contained kitchen, laundry with washing and drying facilities. On the large deck is an outdoor kitchen and ample seating and a dining area. In the main room are very comfortable 3 seater and 2 seater leather lounges set in front of a large TV and fireplace.

Luxury Rainforest Studio

Step into our tranquil retreat, nestled in the Noosa rainforest, and experience natural beauty. Our studio apartment offers a comfortable and contemporary getaway for nature enthusiasts, art lovers, and adventure seekers. With sleek interior design, air conditioning, a full kitchen, and laundry facilities, you can unwind and enjoy the rainforest views. Only 15 minutes from Noosa Main Beach and 5 minutes from Eumundi Markets, our guest house is an oasis for relaxation and adventure.

Belltree Ridge - Private Rural Escape

Belltree Ridge is an absolute treasure in a stunning location. It is an extremely unique hand crafted homestead built from reclaimed and local timber. It offers complete privacy and is just 11 kms from the township of Maleny. For winter comfort, a wood burning fireplace and for summer an outside fire-pit . The three bedrooms have ducted air-conditioning and heating. We now have Starlink Wifi but will happily turn it off so guests can really disconnect from their busy lives.

Offering breathtaking 180-degree views of Mt Coolum, Mt Ninderry, Mt Cooroy and the Pacific Ocean. Enjoy the wilderness, seclusion and absolute privacy, a feeling that you are a million miles from anywhere, yet only just a short 5 mins drive to the quaint town of Yandina and 20 mins to Coolum, this holiday home promises to create your ultimate hinterland experience.

Relax at Mellum view

You have the ground floor all to yourself in a 2 storey house. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Only 15 minutes drive to the beautiful hinterland town of Maleny and 15 minutes to the popular Australia Zoo or 30 minutes to the beaches at Caloundra. Children which are under parental control are welcome and we provide a high chair, a safety bed rail and a port a cot, if needed. Your dog (no XL dogs like Sait Bernard’s etc.)is welcome. There is a fenced yard.

Bird Song Valley is just 1klm from the heart of the beautiful hinterland town of Montville on the Sunshine Coast. So close to everything that Montville has to offer but with the seclusion and peace and quiet so many of us desire. Whether you are a couple looking for a romantic getaway or a group up to 6 people, Bird Song Valley has something for everyone. Note base rate is for 2 guests only twin share. Please note there is no lift on property. Only Stairs access

Perfect weekend break.

Freespirit Eco Hideaway

Freespirit is an eco hideaway hidden amidst the beautiful Mapleton National Park; a romantic and peaceful retreat where couples feel at one with nature. This nature inspired Eco house is designed to bring the outside in. Everything here is natural so escape and embrace the simplicity of life. Surrender to the tranquility and beauty of nature and relax. Freespirit Eco Hideaway is unfortunately not suitable for children.
