About 30 miles to Napa valley. A refrigerator, stove, Microwave oven, coffee machine , water boiler, are provided.

Just a short ride to the University of Berkeley, the Gourmet Ghetto, or bustling Solano Avenue by car or bike. Only a few blocks away from hiking trails in Tilden Regional Park and down the road from the Berkeley Rose Garden. Features an outdoor seating area, 2-burner stove w/ range hood, 4-in-1 oven/microwave, mini fridge, TV with streaming services, shower, efficient room heaters, and a workspace.

Awesome neighbors & sunny backyard for guests. Downstairs attached to main house. Located in Oakland ACROSS THE BAY from San Francisco.

Sweet Suite!

Our typical guest has grandkids or children that live in our area, is in town for work or is traveling from just about anywhere in the world. Guests have said they like being close to SF at a very reasonable price. We're a family home so you can hear our family when we are in the kitchen. The Sweet Suite is behind our kitchen. Our kids have grown up doing Airbnb so they work to be as quiet as they can when guests are in the Sweet Suite. There is no doubt you will hear us at some point.

The " little farmhouse" is a special place for those who like biking and hiking at Wildcat Canyon Regional Park, while enjoying the peace and quiet of this meticulously decorated in-law unit set up to host up to 2 guests. My intention was to achieve a harmonious environment where you can relax, cook, and disconnect from the rest of the world. It is equipped with the amenities that you may find in a fancy hotel room. This is an in-law unit; noise may travels from upstairs occasionally.

Wonderful neighborhood walking distance to the Bart & highway for easy access to many must-see areas. Walking around the neighborhood gives you stunning views of downtown SF & the Golden Gate Bridge. Quiet and homey private room located right near premiere Walnut Creek dining and entertainment. Entirely renovated and state of the art bathroom/bedroom nestled off a quiet and private drive. Single bedroom, queen size bed and private bathroom. The room is separated from the main house for complete privacy. Wifi, cable TV and other great amenities provided. My place is great for business travelers. It does not have shared facilities for laundry or cooking.

Hercules is located in the East Bay. Less than 30 minutes drive to Berkeley, Oakland, San Francisco, Marin County, Napa Wine Country, Concord and Walnut Creek. The studio is very close to the major freeway entrance (highway 4 and interstate 80) which makes it easy to travel around the bay area.
