This small one bedroom house is sure to impress with its convenient location (really 20 steps from all shops and eateries Wallan has to offer). Super quite and private space well maintained and super clean. Perfect place to recharge your batteries or explore Wallan and surrounding areas (e.g. Kilmore, Broadford). There is a sofa bed in the living area that can accomodate guest/s or children.

Self Contained Unit in Mill Park.

A fully self contained unit at the back of my property with access to the shared pool and alfresco area. The unit overlooks the pool. Please note the unit is very close to the main house. I also have a cat rescue and at any given time there could be several cats roaming the back yard so if you have a dog, it can not be let out off leash. I am also currently looking after 1 large dog.
