If you're looking for a place to kick back and relax in style look no further. Comfortable and aesthetically pleasing this chic 2 bedroom renovated cottage is only a ten minute ride from downtown and a short walk away from Seabreeze and the Irondequoit Bay small boat harbor. This is an owner operated cottage, no seedy management op. Airbnb automatically categorizes us as a "lake front" property but it is more of a "lake view" property. No direct lake access, but you can see it from the patio.

Have fun with the whole family in our stylish cottage home, that is close to the water and local Seabreeze amenities. The rooms are spacious and open to one another. Big enough to accommodate 6 people, but small enough to be cozy for a couple. We have two Master King bedrooms and one bedroom with 2 twin beds. I have TVs in each bedroom, so guest can retreat to their own rooms and watch TV, or everyone can snuggle up on the large sectional. Our home is the perfect get away retreat!
